Community Sailing
For 2010, the RYC Community Sailing Program has been revised. We will not be offering Tuesday evening rides. We will be hosting a COMMUNITY SAIL EVENT in conjunction with Ranier Summer Festival on Saturday, August 14. Several boats will be available to offer rides throughout the day in Ranier, MN. Please check back in August for more information.
If you are interested in learning to sail, please don't wait for Community Sail or next year's New Crew Program. Most of our members are happy to take people out for a sail and teach them the ropes. If you know a club member, just ask. If you don't, please contact one of the Officers.
For adults wishing to learn more about sailing, the club does offer a New Crew Program. This is two days of classes for new associate members to learn how to sail. It will next be held in June 2011. For more information, go to NEW CREW PROGRAM
